Honey and tea butter glazed beef with salad and red wine vinaigrette!
For the beef
1/2 bottle Heinz 57
1/2 bottle Worcestershire
1/2 lemon squeezed
Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Place the sirloin in a Ziploc bag and add enough marinade to coat both sides. Marinate at least four hours or overnight. Pat the sirloin dry and season with salt and pepper. Grill to desired temperature.
To make the glaze:
1/4 cup honey
4 teaspoons tea butter
Combine the honey and butter in a saucepan and whisk over low heat until thickened.
For the salad
1/4 cup wine
2/3 cup flavored oil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
4 cups salad greens
Reduce the wine by half. Whisk together with the flavored oil and dijon. Season with cracked black pepper.
Brush the sirloin with the honey/tea butter glaze. Slice and serve with the salad greens
