Come by this weekend, Saturday, May 16, for the second Market day of the season. We had a record opening day with overwhelming support from the community. It was great to see new and faithful faces with so much support from the Village of Suffern. Assemblywoman Ellen Jaffee was on hand to give welcoming remarks as was Suffern Village Mayor Abato. Also present were village Trustees Frank Hagen and Ed Markunas. Phil Tisi from Town of Ramapo came out as he always does to support opening day as well.
So, what’s in store for this week? The Market is on for 8:30am till 1pm! Don’t miss vendors Do Re Me, Meredith’s Bread, Florida Bakery, Southtown Farms, Petie’s Biscuits Dog Treats, and Hudson Valley Pantry with jams, salsa, hummus and pickles! At 10:30am Michael of Mia’s Kitchen joins us w/ samples of his soufflé using eggs from Southtown Farms. Pick up pasture-raised whole chicken and chicken parts, grass-fed ground beef, ground pork, sausage, bacon & eggs from Southtown Farms! Florida Bakery will be joining the market with their fresh baked goods.
Live music by the Alan George Threesome!
